Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items will ship within 24 hour of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket, or within ten days of placing your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. In the event that a backordered item is apart of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item please call 425.295.7104 or email email@example.com. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.

All merchandise may be returned at any time by mail, or in store within 10 days of the date of delivery.
We hope you love your new purchase; however, if you change your mind we offer an exchange only policy. Items may be exchanged for other merchandise or you may receive store credit within 14 days of original purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
